Welcome to my neighborhood

I think many home buyers underestimate the importance of the area that surrounds the house they are considering. That includes the block, neighborhood, town, the surrounding towns and even the region.  That is why I love living and doing business in the Hampton Roads cities of Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Norfolk, VA.  Of course, it helps to have a love affair with the beach.

Welcome to My Neighborhood

My name is Chris Faircloth. As a life long resident of Tidewater (as the locals know it), I have watched Hampton Roads grow at a remarkable pace.  I lived in the Shadowlawn neighborhood of Virginia Beach as a child. Then moved to the Greenbrier Area of Chesapeake, where I graduated from Great Bridge High School. I married and we bought a home in the Indian River area of Chesapeake. For the past several years, I have lived just off  Shore Drive and called Chesapeake Bay my backyard.  As a Realtor in the Kempsville office of Realty Executives, I want to share with you what I know and love about the area and help you find your dream house in this incredibly diverse and dynamic community.

I love the beaches, waterways, homes, restaurants, shopping, parks, bike trails, ocean front festivals and most of all, the sunsets over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Living here is like living on vacation. Virginia Beach is my neighborhood, come make it yours too.
